Resetting password for your Apimio Account
If you have forgotten the password to your Apimio account, you can easily recover it by following these steps:
- On the main landing page, click the Log In button. On the next page, click login for the account you signed up for: vendor or retailer.
- Click “Forgot Password“.
- Enter the email address associated with your account and click “Send Reset Link” to submit a request. Following this, we will send you an email with the link to reset your credentials.
- If you do not receive an email from us, check your junk folders or submit the request again. Once you have the email, either click Reset Password or visit the provided link which will take you to the Password Reset Page. Remember, the link is only valid for 24 hours.
- On the Rest Password Page, enter a new password and then re-enter to confirm. Click the Reset Password button to submit the password. With the new password, you will regain access to your Apimio account.
